WordCrack gives you a set of scrambled words and a clock. Unscramble them all as fast as you can. Every day brings a new set of scrambled words shared by all players — your completion time goes on the daily leaderboard and contributes to your streak. There's also a ranked 1v1 vs mode if you want to race a real opponent directly.

How to Play WordCrack

A set of scrambled words is shown on screen with a timer running. Rearrange the letters to identify the real word, type it, and press Enter to submit. Correct answers are confirmed and crossed off the list. Work through all the scrambled words as quickly as possible — your final time is your score. Faster completions rank higher on the leaderboard.

Daily WordCrack

Each day's WordCrack puzzle uses the same set of scrambled words for all players. This makes the daily leaderboard a direct comparison: your time versus everyone else's time on the identical puzzle. Complete the daily WordCrack to maintain your streak and see how your unscrambling speed measures up globally.

Tips for Faster Unscrambling

• Look for common endings first — -ing, -tion, -ed, -er, -ness often jump out from a scramble
• Identify the vowels — group the vowels mentally, then work out which consonants can pair with them
• Say it aloud (or sub-vocalise) — hearing the sound pattern can trigger word recognition faster than visual analysis
• Don't brute-force short words — 3 and 4-letter words are quick to solve visually; save your analytical effort for longer ones
• Try the most common word that fits the letters — everyday words appear far more often than obscure ones

WordCrack vs Mode

WordCrack vs is a live 1v1 race — both players get the same set of scrambled words and race to complete them all first. Wins and losses feed into an ELO ranking system. Challenge a friend or enter the matchmaking queue to be paired with a similarly-ranked opponent.
